About Clothing Works
Clothing Works specialise in bespoke and corporate design, embroidery, printing, marketing and distribution of professional medical and leisure wear.
Clothing Works is one of the businesses which sits under the umbrella of New Leaf, part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust Vocational Rehabilitation Service.
Clothing Works offer vocational rehabilitation for individuals recovering from mental health issues. It is set in a supportive and realistic working environment and as such, clearly identifies pathways and goals towards recovery.
We are a small team offering opportunities to service users, volunteers and some staff employed on a bank basis with Devon Partnership NHS Trust.
Since starting in 1991, we have enjoyed a close working relationship with the College of Occupational Therapists (COT). Each year Clothing Works is invited to attend their annual conference and promote the service by displaying on the College’s stand.

What is a Social Firm?
A Social Firm is a market-led enterprise set up specifically to create good quality jobs for people disadvantaged in the labour market.
An emerging Social Firm is an enterprise that is working towards
becoming a Social Firm. It is usually in the early stages of
trading and not in a position to employ a great number of people,
but will be working to a business plan illustrating how it will
