Clothing Works is situated on a hill overlooking the Exe estuary at the north-west side of the village of Exminster in Devon.
It is housed in the Farm building on the old Exminster Hospital site which was designed by Charles Fowler and opened in July 1845.
The hospital closed in the mid-eighties and has since been developed into a residential area.
